2. Data Collection and Storage (Offline-First) The Application operates on a "Local Storage" model to ensure maximum privacy for your sensitive health data.

  • User-Generated Content: All data entered by you, including your name, emotional records, automatic thoughts, and anxiety levels, are stored exclusively on your device's internal memory (localStorage).

  • No Server Sync: The Developer does not operate a backend server to store your personal data. We do not have remote access to your diary entries.

  • Sensitive Health Data: We treat your emotional and metacognitive logs as sensitive personal data. This information remains strictly under your control on your device.

3. Data Sharing and Export The Application does not automatically share your data with third parties.

  • Email Export: The Application includes a feature that allows you to export your records via email (e.g., to send to your therapist or for backup). This action is manually initiated by the user and utilizes the device's default email client. The Developer does not intercept or view these emails.

4. App Access and Security

  • Local Password Protection: To protect your privacy from others who might hold your device, the Application uses a simple local password screen.

  • Security: Since data is stored locally, the security of your information relies on your device's security settings. We recommend using a screen lock password or biometrics on your mobile device to prevent unauthorized physical access to your data.

5. Permissions The Application minimizes permission requests to function:

  • No Location Tracking: We do not request or access GPS location data.

  • No Camera/Microphone: We do not access your camera or microphone.

6. Advertising

  • No Ads: This Application does not display third-party advertisements. We do not use advertising IDs for user tracking.

7. Children's Privacy The Application is not primarily directed at children under the age of 13. However, given its educational nature, it is safe for family use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, as all data remains local to the device.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy here.
